My background is in international management consulting and leadership coaching, mostly based overseas in London. Working with leaders, teams, and organizations to bring about the changes they want to make. Personal development, change management, relationship development, and teamwork are my main areas of interest. Clients have been a wide variety of organizations - corporate, business, educational, utility, and non-profit, as well as individuals.
The TEAMQUESTR kit was created to improve the quality and comprehensiveness of my teambuilding projects. I then adapted it to become a do-it-yourself kit for teamleaders and HR/OD/OE professionals to use themselves.
The relationship version, TEAMR, was then created to help couples to build teamwork - strengthening their loving bond and minimizing relationship pain.
And the KO Journal was written as a simple but profoundly effective teambuilding project for fa and co, focusing on intro and co.
